Custodian Services Officer
Back Office services to Custody clients and Bank’s Equities/Fixed Income Trading and Sales.

Požadavky na kandidáta:

vzdělání: VŠ
University or High school degree
Fluent English
Basic knowledge of Capital Markets, Custodian Services and banking in general
Náplň práce:
The Officer is responsible for client securities accounts held with the Bank, namely safekeeping of securities and settlements of Client instructions. This includes:
Observing service levels as described in Custody Service Level Agreements (SLA) concluded between the Bank and the Clients
Observing service levels as described in SLA between Securities Front and Back Office
Receipt of authorized instructions
Input of instructions to custody systems
Pre-matching of instructions with the counterparties
Contacting Clients (phone or writing) in case of issues arising from the settlement process, timely responding to client queries
Confirming transactions as settled
Notifying Clients of failed settlements with valid reasons
Timely resolving discrepancies arisen from the reconciliation process (securities, cash, profit and loss)
Reporting cash movements affecting Bank liquidity
Ensuring correctness of data in systems
Get to know and comply with all internal procedures and policies
Keeps up-to-date with local and foreign market regulations
