Požadavky na kandidáta:

- POSITION MISSION/OBJECTIVE:
- in the closest co-operation with relationship managers and through efficient team-work and personal dedication, grow ING wholesale customer business
- as part of the front office, interface the customer and the bank, keep customers well serviced through supporting product delivery to customers’ expectations
- take personal responsibility for credit lines initiation, annual reviews and front-office part of the credit risk process
- bear co-responsibility for assigned customer relationships

- PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- co-ordinationordinate assigned tasks, set deadlines, control the output of the team activities
- Support Product sales and delivery; customer servicing
- co-ordinate delivery of ING’s wholesale products with the aim to maximise ING’s performance via proper product mix
- involve product managers (in co-operation with Relationship Managers) for specialised products
- suggest product modifications/innovations as necessary
- take responsibility for all credit risk and documentation features of products used by own customers
- co-ordinate preparation and execution of credit, security and product agreements
- interface customer contact regarding daily business, i.e. cash management, credit products and similar
- liaise with operations and product management for proper customer servicing
- Credit Initiation and Maintenance
- in co/operation with relationship manager and product specialist, structure the credit lines according to internal rules, customer needs and credit viability
- prepare and submit credit applications in requested structure and quality
- bear full accountability for the credit proposal, both initial and annual reviews
- comply with the risk process including timely preparation of CIMs, covenants and reviews
- take personal ownership for the credit risk related to the customers assigned
- re-structure or re-allocate the credit lines as dictated by the changing business needs
- recognize problems as they evolve, gather and communicate all credit deterioration signals to line and credit seniors
- if necessary suggest, get approved and impose remedial steps including credit lines re-structuring, down-sizing or taking leave strategy
- deliver all relevant information when requested by line and credit risk management
- Documentation
- take responsibility for all documentation aspects of customer credit relationship, support for documentation across all other products as needed
- ensure standard documents are used wherever possible
- In exceptional cases, support development and implementation of non-standard documents by involving legal, credit and relevant product managers
- Compliance
- take every effort in gaining a deep knowledge about every one of assigned customers, prepare proper CDD
- support other relevant departments in MIFID processing, ensure proper MIFID input in the internal systems
- verify the identity of each customer representative when the customer is signing the bank documents
- follow the account activity and be ready to explain any irregular items
- ensure the customers’ activities are compliant with all regulations, if non-compliant activities recognized, inform line management and compliance officer
- make sure we deal only with people legally entitled to represent the customer towards the bank
- get to know and comply with all internal procedures and policies

- Minimum required education and skills:
- Academic degree - University (economics, law or comparable) or MBA
- 4 years of diversified and proven deal making /credit experience in (international) wholesale financial services
- English - advanced level, ability to participate in business negotiations
- Good level of technical skills; computer literacy: MS Office
- Knowledge of external environment and developments – financial / accounting&tax / economic / legal / political environment
- Knowledge of corporate banking products - good knowledge of lending products as well as credit analysis and credit package preparation
- Good knowledge on PCM and FM products (Leasing and Trade Finance where applicable)
- Knowledge of the relevant internal rules, policies, procedures and systems
- Good understanding of the market
- Credit structuring capabilities, understanding of risk factors
- Knowledge of Economic Capital drivers
