Reconciliation clerk junior
Back Office services to Custody clients and Bank’s Equities/Fixed Income Trading and Sales.

Požadavky na kandidáta:
- vzdělání: SŠ
- Basic Function
- Monitors and reconciles nostro accounts of the bank, investigates open items in cooperation with other units in the bank or the correspondents
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures timely and accurate reconciliation of nostro accounts on upon movement basis with use of application Intellimatch
- InformsSecurities Settlements about breaks of the department and ensures that they are acknowledged in accordance with procedure REC-011
- Ensures the continuous follow-up of outstanding items or passes them to investigation unit for their clarification and final clearance
- Calculates the funding nostro positions and submits them to Amsterdam for funding deals
- Analyses the final positions, detects breaks and arranges interest compensation in accordance with procedure REC-012
- Supply Settlements or Finance with documentation for proper booking of charges
- Analyses the account’s credit and overdraft interests and arranges appropriate booking
- In case of a new nostro account opening, arranges that the account is duly uploaded and reconciled in the Intellimatch
- Analyses, investigates and documents all unusual movements of reported data reporting such events to the Head of Reconciliation & Investigation
- Periodically reviews existing procedures recommending changes to be approved by Head of Reconciliation & Investigation. Prepares analyses as requested by the Head of Reconciliation & Investigation.
- Performs any additional tasks that are requested by management after approval by Head of Reconciliation & Investigation
- Required Background:
- Profile
- High School Graduate, preferably of economic direction
- Basic knowledge of banking business in general
- Accuracy in work, good with figures, ability to work both independently and in the team
- Fluent Czech, English on at least basic
- PC literacy – Word, Excel, able to learn
